Find Right Care

How we make money

Senior care referral services have a trust problem. The fix is to explain the business plainly, so here it is.

Families never pay us

Matching, facility data, advisor guidance, and tour scheduling are free for families, always. There is no premium tier and no charge at any point.

Facilities may pay referral fees

When a family we referred moves into a facility, that facility may pay us a referral fee. This is the standard model in senior care placement. The fee comes out of the facility's marketing budget; it is not added to your rent or care costs, and facilities charge referred and walk-in residents the same rates.

Not every facility pays referral fees, and that has no effect on what you see here. Our database is every AHCA-licensed facility in Florida, our matching scores facilities only on fit (capabilities, location, payment, inspection record), and our advisors will help you pursue any facility, including ones that pay us nothing.

Outbound links are tracked

When you click through to a facility's website from a profile page, the link passes through our referral tracker first. That records the click and tells the facility the visit came from Find Right Care, which is how referral activity gets attributed. It does not change where you end up or what you pay, and links to facility websites are marked as sponsored for search engines.

What we do with your information

Details you share go to the advisor working on your search and, with your go-ahead, to the specific facilities you want to hear from. We do not sell contact lists to third parties.

Where the data comes from

Licensing, inspection, and complaint data comes from Florida Agency for Health Care Administration public records. Capability details come from what facilities publish on their own websites, kept only when stated explicitly. Records change; always verify current details directly with the facility, and tell us if you spot something outdated.
